Big & Little is a special part of finding your home in Alpha Chi Omega at UTK. Each new member is paired with a Big who offers guidance, encouragement, and someone to count on as she settles into college and our chapter. From the excitement of reveal to everyday moments together, these relationships help make a large sisterhood feel a little more like family.
